Obituary of Vernon MILLER

Vernon Pruett Miller 78, passed away on October 26, 2004 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was born on January 12, 1926 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Harvey Miller and Lenora "Pruett" Miller.Vernon was employed as a Civil Service Engineer for the United State Government for 25 years in Oceanside, California, where he was a resident for 40 years before moving to Lake Havasu City, Arizona 2 years ago. He was a life member of Del Mar Turf Club, and past member of the Moose Lodge in Terre Haute, Indiana.Vernon is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Joretta McCray-Miller of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; sons Steve Miller and his wife Suzanne of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Dan Miller of Tempe, Arizona; daughters Vicki Miller-Vestal of Oceanside, California, Verna Beyer and her husband Kevin Sr. of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Kimberley Albertson of Tempe, Arizona, Cathy Carlon of Oceanside, California; sister Jeanne Bierman and her husband Henry of Terre Haute, Indiana; 20 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.Arrangements were entrusted to the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
