Obituary of Willene McFARLIN

Willene McFarlin, 76, passed away November 27, 2004 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to I.B. and Edithe (Hickey) Ishmael on November 2, 1928 in Quitique, TX.Willene has been a resident of Lake Havasu for the past 16 years, moving here from Westminster, CA. While in California she was a self employed bookkeeper for 30 years. Since moving to Lake Havasu, she became a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Havasu Chapter #61. She enjoyed doing ceramics and taking trips to Laughlin.Willene is survived by her loving family, sons, Louis Wayne Porter of Alexandria, VA and Terrell Benton Porter of Big Bear Lake, CA; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husbands, Billy Bryant McFarlin and Sam Terrell Porter and sister, Zelma Lee Strassberg.The family request donations go in Willene's name to Havasu Chapter #61 OES, 2901 Chemehuevi Blvd., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
