Obituary of Kenneth NORTHROP

Kenneth Adelbert Northrop, 73, passed away December 29, 2004 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Adelbert and Ruth (Herschler) Northrop on January 24, 1931 in Rochester, NY.Ken made Lake Havasu his home 35 years ago from Rochester, NY. He had been a Mason for 50 years, several of those years were working for the McCulloch Corp. He participated in the construction of the London Bridge. Ken belonged to the Bricklayers Association and was proud to be a member of the Navy Reserve.Kenneth is survived by his beloved family, sons, Stephen Northrop of Hamlin, NY, Richard Northrop of College Park, MD, William Northrop and Jack Northrop, both of Lake Havasu; brother, Robert Northrop and sister, June Kaiser. He was also be dearly missed by his eight grandchildren, Candace Murphy, Tyger Northrop, Apryl Berney, Geoffery Berney, Heidi Northrop, Nicholas Northrop, Madison Northrop and Thomas Northrop. He was a fantastic grandpa.Ken was preceded in death by his loving wife, Marilyn Northrop and daughter, Kimberly Berney.Memorial services will be held Sunday, January 2, 11:00 AM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Rev. Richard Rounds will officiate.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations go in his name to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
