Obituary of Ty NOTTESTAD

Tyrone "Ty" Dean Nottestad, 40, passed away January 10, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Larry and Dawn "Donaldson" Nottestad on February 29, 1964.Prior to moving to Lake Havasu from California in 1988, Ty was a proud veteran in the US Air Force for 4 years. After he made Lake Havasu his home, he had worked for Food City as a receiving manager for the past 15 years. One of his favorite things to do was to lie around in the pool basking in the Arizona sun.Ty is survived by his loving family, son, Ty Nottestad of Lake Havasu; daughters, Ashley Nottestad of Lake Havasu, Janice and Michelle Nottestad, both of McMinnville, OR; father, Larry Nottestad of Lake Havasu; brother, Shane Nottestad of Kingman, AZ; sister, Shara Nottestad of Yuma, AZ; grandmother Marie O'Brien of Lake Havasu; one grandchild and also his dear friend, Julie Nottestad of Lake Havasu.A visitation was held Monday, January 17, 10:00 AM, followed by funeral services at 11:00 AM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Interment took place at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens following the services.Donations may be made at Food City in his name.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
