Obituary of Patricia ATKINSON

Patricia Phyllis Atkinson, 65, passed away January 19, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Thomas and Lillian (Lewis) Peat on July 11, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY. Patricia made Lake Havasu her home 13 years ago from Monrovia, CA. For 10 years she worked as a care provider for New Horizons in Lake Havasu. She had a passion for helping her family and friends and was especially known for her loving and caring ways with her friends and clients at New Horizons.Patricia is survived by her loving family, son, Charles Robert "Bobby" Atkinson and his wife Mo of Lake Mills, WI; daughters, Deborah Grace (Atkinson) Falls of Lake Havasu and Bonnie Lynn (Atkinson) Gilmore of Lake Havasu; parents, Thomas David and Lillian Saffold Peat of Monrovia, CA; sister, Margaret Blanche (Peat) Toon of Duarte, CA and Pamela Christine (Peat) Pocock of Brea, CA. She will also be dearly missed by her ten grandchildren Ralphie and his wife Stacey, Stefanie, Jamie, Tommy, Laura, Andrew, Jonathan, Lynnsey, Kelsy and Turner and two great grandchildren, Trinity and Violet.Patricia was preceded in death by her three brothers, Thomas David Peat Jr., Lewis Michael Peat and Felix Washington Peat.A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 22, 11:00 AM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. A reception will follow at the family's home.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
