Obituary of Shirley PRESTON

Shirley Violet Preston, 71, died at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ; on January 21, 2005 of a sudden illness. She was born on February 3, 1933 in Duluth, MN. Shirley met William (Bill) Preston in Duluth and married on May 6, 1949. They had four children. Shirley and Bill enjoyed 55 years of marriage together. They have resided in Lake Havasu City and Kingman, AZ; for the last 25 years. Shirley is survived by her husband Bill, who will sadly miss her; sons Steven Preston and wife Carla of Duluth, MN; Larry Preston and wife Kim of Chattanooga, TN; Douglas Preston of Rochester, MN: daughter Kim Lett and husband Gary of Lake Havasu City, AZ; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Cremation services have been held and her ashes will remain in the care of her husband. "What we have once loved and enjoyed, we can never lose…. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us". Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory
