Obituary of Cathryn PIROG

Cathryn Suzanne Pirog (Flumerfelt), passed on Monday, March 14, 2005 in I.C.U. at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was 49 years young, born on July 25, 1955 in Long Beach, CA. Cathryn moved to Lake Havasu City, Az; 18 years ago from Cody, WY. She owned and taught at Cody Academy of Dance in Cody, WY. Cathryn taught tap, jazz, ballet, tumbling, and break dancing. Karate was also taught at the school. Cathryn was a professional ballerina for over 10 years. She had many hobbies and was a wonderful seamstress. She could knit crochet, quilt and made all sorts of clothing, ranging from baby afghans to bridal gowns. She even invented children's games. Her family includes daughter Rebeccah Suzanne Oller (Flumerfelt) 28 years, 3 beautiful blonde grandsons, Gavin Lucas 6 years, Brock Bradley 4 years, Bohdan Bruce 2 years, and her mother Carole, sisters Lyda and Mary and her brothers Bill and Tim. Cathryn loved being around people. She is a survivor of breast cancer two times. The third time, in level 4, brought her out of her extreme pain. Cathryn went peacefully and after her passing, she even had a smile upon her beautiful face. Cathryn is finally resting with no pain and with loved ones now. Her memorial will be held on Saturday, March 26 2005 on Tanqueray Drive in Lake Havasu City, AZ; at 2:00 p.m. If you have any questions please call (928) 208-5107.
