Gloria G. Pierce, 74, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on February 18, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY. Gloria moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 4 years ago from Port Ludlow, WA. She enjoyed her trips to Laughlin with her husband, playing Black Jack and also watching old movies and cross stitching. Gloria is survived by her loving husband Miles E. Pierce, daughters Mala R. Pierce of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Corinne Overstreet of Chino Hills, CA; brother Cornelius Canestrini of Escondido, CA; sister Diana Snyder of Hesperia, CA; four grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at the home in Lake Havasu City, AZ; on Saturday, March 19, 2005 at 1:00 pm and also in Chino Hills, CA; on Saturday, April 2, 2005 at 1:00 p.m.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
