April 9, 1944 - June 2,2014
Danny Rhodes died at his home on June 2, 2014. Danny served in the US Navy from 1961 - 1965. Danny retired from the Iron Workers Union local #118 out of Reno, Nevada were he was deeply respected. Shortly there after Danny moved to Lake Havasu, Arizona. Danny was working at a golf coarse for the enjoyment, and the company of his golf buddy Rick Fulmer. Danny was also a proud member of the Eagles Aerie #4299 LHC, where he spent his time laughing with others and singing Karaoke faithfully. He had so many that loved and appreciated him for all of his volunteer work. Danny will be deeply missed at the Eagles #4299 by hundreds of members and all the volunteers. Danny also enjoyed making the fresh popcorn daily, with lots of helpers. Danny's passions where golf, singing, dancing and watching the Diamondbacks. Danny lived life to the fullest. Danny's infamous last words at the end of the day were "I've learned my lesson". Thank you Danny, for teaching all of us, so many lessons. We will never forget your smile.
Danny was proceeded by his Father Chuck Rhodes whom was killed in WWII, Mother Eunice, and John Noll and his wife Audi Rhodes of LHC. Danny left behind his good friend and beloved brother Jim Noll and sister Caroll Blaney both of Reading, CA. Also Danny's girlfriend Bernie Underwood, LHC. Bernie brought such a sparkle into Danny's life.
Celebration of life will be held Sunday June 8th 2014 at Eagles Aerie #4299, 1561 Malboro Dr @3:00pm.
