Obituary of Leland KOLB

Leland F. Kolb, 75, passed away May 1, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Charles and Olivia Kolb on October 15, 1929 in Los Angeles, CA.Leland was a part time of resident of Lake Havasu for 20 years, making Havasu his permanent home three years ago. He was owner of C and C Auto Parts in Long Beach, CA for 30 years. He was a professional Top Fuel Drag Racer and a pilot and was very passionate about flying.Leland is survived by his loving companion, Mardee Wright; sons, Randall Kolb of Las Vegas, NV and Ronald Kolb of Fullerton, CA; brother Kenneth Kolb of Apple Valley, CA; sister Evelyn Howard of Walla Walla, WA; grandchildren, Joshua, Jay and Devon and one great grandchild, Courtney.A memorial service will be held Friday, May 6, 4:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Leland's name to the Cancer Society & Heart Association of Lake Havasu, 2126 McCulloch Blvd. #7, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.Condolences may be submitted to www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.
