Eugene Dwain Bills, 71, passed away May 16, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Parley and Nellie (Pickering) Bills on June 14, 1933 in Helper, UT.Eugene served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He moved to Lake Havasu 12 years ago from LaVerkin, UT. He worked for US West in St. George, UT for 36 years. Eugene's enjoyment in life was going bowling.Eugene is survived by his sons, Michael Eugene Bills of Golden, CO and Scott D. Bills of Farr West, UT; brother Parley E. Bills of Magna, UT; sister, Jo Ann Harper of San Diego, CA and 3 grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 47 years, Leah Ann Hayes Bills, whom passed away in December, 2004.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
