Glenda A. Thompson, 64, passed away on June 6, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on February 16, 1941 in High Point, NC. Glenda moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 8 years ago from Brea, CA. She worked as a micro graphic technician for Orange County Micro Filming in Fullerton, CA; for 3 years. Glenda was an avid astrologer for 30 years, a photo colorist and loved her collection of Egyptian artifacts. She also played a Do Bro and sang in a Blue Grass band.Glenda is survived by her loving husband Roy Thompson who were married on October 12, 1957, son Tommy Monroe Thompson of Deer, AR; daughter Sheree Diane Thompson of Walteria, CA; adopted son, Charles "Chuck" Smedley; brother Ralph Jennings of Thomasville, NC; and 7 grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Friday, June 10, 2005 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Saturday, June 11, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Rev Richard Rounds will be officiating. Contributions may be made in Glenda's name to D.A.V.
