SHIRLEY LORRAINE NICHOLS
The Lord booked Shirley Lorraine Nichols to her final destination on August 24, 2013 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona at the age of 81. She was born in Hastings, Michigan on September 22, 1931 to Bert and Eleanor Milleson.
After High School she moved to Lansing, Michigan to work for Michigan Bell as an operator. She met Joe H. Nichols and they were married for 16 years. In 1972 she moved to San Diego, California with her daughter and worked for Pacific Bell. After retirement she became a travel agent. In 1988 Shirley, her daughter and grandson moved to Lake Havasu City and she continued to be a travel agent for Sun Kachina Travel for many years. She was known as a "Cruise Specialist" to many people. Shirley loved to travel with family and friends. Besides traveling Shirley loved to go to Laughlin, NV and spend time with friends at Hugga Bear gatherings. Macular Degeneration took away her work and travel, but left many great memories for her.
