Edna Mae SmithEdna Mae (Curran) Smith, 96, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on June 15, 1908 to John and Flora Curran in Bellrive, IL.Edna moved to Tucson, AZ; for 42 years ago from Mt. Vernon, IL. She then moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; and has lived her for 15 years. Her hobbies were knitting, gardening and her family. Edna is survived by her son Don Smith and his wife Virginia of Imperial Beach, CA; daughter Jane Ellen McCoy and husband Bill of Lake Havasu City, AZ; 6 grandchildren, Steve McCoy, Craig McCoy, Lori Suiter, Susan O'Leary, Kelly Leeann Smith, Jay Rustin Smith, 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Noel Smith in 1972.A memorial service will be held in Tucson at a later date. Interment will be at her husband's side.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
