Carl Edward Forbach, 70, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on October 24, 1934 in Salt Lake City, UT. Carl moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 6 years ago from Ontario, CA. He worked as a substitute teacher for the Lake Havasu City School District for 2 years.
