Obituary of Victor MEISER

Victor F. Meiser Jr. of Lake Havasu went home to our Lord on June 21, 2005. Victor was born November 28, 1923 in Oakland, CA. He then moved to Missoula, MT for a few years and then moved to Bly, OR.Victor graduated from Klamath Falls, OR High School. After high school he enlisted and served in the US Army Air Corps. After the war, he attended Eastern Oregon University in La Granada, OR. He then transferred to Southern Oregon University in Ashland, OR and graduated with a degree in education.Victor taught for over 35 years in Oregon and Arizona. He moved to Lake Havasu in 1974 and retired in 1985.Victor is survived by his wife of 54 years, Beulah of Lake Havasu; daughter Diana Sherfield of Fresno, CA; son, Garland Meiser of Seattle, WA and daughter, Sharon Giulani of Philomath, OR; brother, Charles Dishno of Dillon, MT; along with eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.Victor had a great passion for life. His love of singing in his church, boat building and sailing, motorcycling, airplanes and making models were a few of his passions.Victor will be remembered by his family for being a wonderful father.A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2005, 10:00 AM at The Church of the Nazarene in Lake Havasu.In lieu of flowers, donations to The Church of the Nazarene, 2700 N.
