Obituary of Walter KOZUCH

Walter Joseph Kozuch, 84, passed away July 6, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Joseph and Mary (Dziengiel) Kozuch on March 11, 1921 in Chicago, IL.Walter moved to Lake Havasu 31 years ago from Chicago, IL. For 5 years, he worked for the Lake Havasu School District doing interschool mail delivery. Walter was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church since he moved to Lake Havasu. He enjoyed wood working and working on cars. Walter had the prettiest blue eyes and a winning smile.Walter is survived by his beloved bride of 62 years, Sophie; son, John Kozuch (Jackie) of Bourbonnais, IL; daughter, Patricia (James) Conley of Lake Havasu; sister, Josephine Sliwa of Chicago, IL; nine grandchildren, Tina (Brian) Grove, James Conley Jr., Christina (Timothy) Feil, Nicole Kozuch, Tiffany Kozuch, Brandi Kozuch, Cheyenne Kozuch, Shawnee Kozuch and Dakota Kozuch; seven great grandchildren, Ashley Grove, Nicholas Grove, Jonathan Grove, McKenzie Feil, Ashley Kozuch, Delaney Feil and Liam Feil and many nieces and nephews back in Chicago. He will also be dearly missed his four legged friends, Dixie, Cocoa, Jasmine, Buster, Kila and Max.He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Kozuch; sister Stella Vichola; brother Julius Mary Moniak; grandson John J. Kozuch Jr.A visitation will be held Sunday, July 10 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with the Rosary at 7:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place on Monday, July 11 at 2:00 PM at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church.
