Virginia Lee Hoover, 84, passed away August 27, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Chauncey and Pearl (Lloyd) Burr on July 27, 1921 in Richmond, IN.Virginia and her beloved husband of 59 years moved to Lake Havasu 3 years ago from Columbus, OH. She was a member of the Grace Bible Church in Ohio and attended Lake Havasu Baptist Church. Virginia worked as a volunteer for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the American Heart Association. She was also involved in many military functions as a military wife.Virginia is survived by her loving husband, Paul; daughter, Cheryl Westwood of Lake Havasu; two grandchildren, Adam Jason Westwood and Zachary B. Westwood and five great grandchildren, Kailee, Alex, Cassandra, Lindsey and Jesse.She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Keith Hoover and sister, Beatrice Johnson.A funeral service will be held Thursday, September 1, 7:30 PM at Grace Bible Church in Canal Winchester, OH. Interment will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Columbus, OH.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405.Condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.Arrangements entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
