Obituary of Dorothy HOLCOMB

Dorothy Patricia "Pat" Holcomb, 81, passed away on September 7, 2005 in Santa Ana, California. She was born on April 12, 1924 in Denver, Colorado to Bert L. and Dorothy G. "Buneman" Welch.Pat moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona 12 years ago from Orange Beach, Alabama and was currently living in California. She is a member of Eastern Star, Mother Advisor to the Rainbow Girls a Masonic young womens, worked with the scout organization and the public schools as a volunteer and City Council Member in Orange Beach, Alabama. She enjoyed painting and writing.Pat is survived by her loving family, son William Frederich Holcomb (Yvonne) of Westminster, California, daughters Sue Larson (Michael) of Bellflower, California, Kathy Toliver (Lynden) of Albuquerque, New Mexico, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 on the way. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years William Jennings Holcomb.Visitation will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Tuesday September 13, 2005 from 6 - 8 pm. Funeral services will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Wednesday September 14, 2005 at 10 am.. Burial will follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Pat's name to the American Diabetes Association (for research only) P.O.
