Obituary of Lucinda ADAMS

Lucinda "Betty" Adams, 92, passed away on October 2, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on June 8, 1913 to James and Jennie Roberts at home in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, CA. Betty married Edwin R. Adams on May 29, 1936 and they were married for 65 years, until Edwin's death in 2001. They moved from Castaic, CA; to Lake Havasu City, AZ; in 1998, to be with their family. She was a member of the Eastern Star of Eagle Rock and honored Queen of Jobs Daughters in Eagle Rock, CA. She was also a beautiful seamstress. Betty is survived by her daughter Pat Engen and husband Norm of Lake Havasu City, AZ; son Russell and wife Barbara of Bakersfield, CA; grandchildren Judy Moranitz, Mark Engen, Lloyd Adams and Andrew Adams, great grandchildren, Erik, Scott, Matthew, Jeff, Mike, Lisa and Lauren.A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 6300 Forest Lawn Dr, Hollywood Hills, CA; 90068 on Friday, October 7, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastorial Assistant Karl Schafer officiating.Condolences may be made to her family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
