Jon K. Quammen, 65, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on November 17, 1939 in Grand Fork, ND. John moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 10 years ago from Cincinnati, OH. He worked as a teacher for the Lake Havasu Charter School. John was a member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church and enjoyed reading and fishing.John is survived by his daughters, Kirsten "Kris" Lewis of Covington, KY; Jennifer Quammen of Ames, IA; and his brother David Quammen.A memorial service will be held at a later date.Condolences can be sent to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
