Billy Earl Kenner, 78, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2005 in Phoenix, AZ. He was born on August 17, 1927 to Winfred and Mary (McGrew) Kenner in Baxter Springs, KS.Billy moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 3 years ago from Hemet, CA. He proudly served in the U.S. Army, WWIIand earned the Victory Medal. Billy worked for the U.S. Army as a metal smith in their metal trailer factory. Billy is survived by his brothers, William Kenner of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Ralph Kenner of Cathlamet, WA; Donald Kenner of Sherwood, OR; sisters Hazel Young of Torrance, CA; Ellamae Aldridge of Bullhead City, AZ; nieces Sally Young of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Jane Williams of Ahwatukee, AZ; and 4 nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Tommy Kenner.A graveside service will be held at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Military honors will be presented by the V.F.W. Post #9401 and American Legion Post #81.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to William Kenner to help with Billy's funeral expenses.Condolences can be made to his family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
