Jodi Elizabeth (Wood) Tigert, 31, passed away November 8, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on July 5, 1974 in Lake Havasu.Jodi graduated from Lake Havasu High School in 1992. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church and was a wonderful advocate for any organization that had to do with children. Jodi enjoyed crafts, scrap-booking, traveling and was known as the "shopping queen".Jodi is survived by her beloved husband, Troy Tigert who she married February 20, 2002; parents, Butch and Missy Wood of Lake Havasu; brother, Aaron Wood of Lake Havasu; sisters, Julie Marshall of Lake Havasu, Ashley Wood of Lake Havasu, brothers-in-law, Brian Fowler of Coosbay, Oreg. and Aaron Marshall of Lake Havasu; sister-in-law, Lori Fowler of Lake Havasu; grandmother, Alice Brown of Lake Havasu; aunts & uncles, Penny and Dick Bettes of Flagstaff, AZ, Steve and Ramona Brown of Henderson, NV and Kenny Brown of Watseka, IL; cousins, Ryan, Brandon and Jordan Bettes of Flagstaff, AZ, Colby, Chelsea and Rachel Brown of Henderson, NV, Tracy and Jim Kelch, Kelly and Mark Whitlock, Katie and Joe Ash and Mathew Brown, all of Watseka, IL; nieces, Schyler Wood and Kalen Marshall and nephew, Anthony Wood.She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Wayne E. Brown, Margaret Wood and Roy Wood.A visitation will be held Sunday, November 13, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM with the Rosary at 3:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 14, 2:00 PM at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church. Deacon John Navaretta will officiate.The family has requested donations be made to the United Way (to benefit healthy families), PO Box 966, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405 and please be sure to note "in memory of Jodi Tigert" on your check.
