Gorton Emery Tinklepaugh Jr., 78, passed away December 10, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Gorton Sr. and Dorothy Tinklepaugh on July 7, 1927 in Windsor, NY.Gorton has lived in Lake Havasu for 13 years, moving to Arizona 35 years ago from Afton, NY. He was an assistant to the plant engineer for Bendex in Sidney, NY for 21 years.Gorton is survived by his best friend and beloved wife of 55 years, Carol and one sister, Esther Altavilla of Goleta, CA.The family has requested donations be made in Gorton's memory to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.Thoughts and condolences may submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.Arrangements entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
