In loving memory of Millard E. Vaughan who passed away December 13, 2005 at 4:20. He was born to Cleo and Ruby Vaughan on June 14, 1947 in San Bernardino, CA.Mel was a 125 pound man with a 150 heart. He was honorably discharged from the US Army serving during the Vietnam War. Mel worked for KR Construction and was proud to be a lumber relocation technician. His nickname was "Melsconie". He loved his harmonica, playing pool and enjoyed drinking his Budweiser at Stagger Lee's and the Pour House.Mel is survived by his brother, Jimmy Vaughan of Missoula, MT and all his Lake Havasu friends, Karl Ramirez, Paul Schmidt, Barry King, Leroy Schmidt and Mike Simons.Rest in Peace, our brother, you will be deeply missed and always loved. One of his favorite sayings was "Sometimes it's all mind over matter. If you don't mind, it don't matter".Arrangements entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
