She was born October 25, 2005.She is survived by her loving parents Phillip Novotny and Athena Moulton. A brother, Dylan Novotny of Phoenix, Grandmother's Ramona Moulton of Denver Colorado, Cindy Senol of Lake Havasu City, Grandfather's Tim Moulton of Lake Havasu City, Phillip Novotny (Linda) Novotny of Willoughby, Ohio. Great grandmothers: Alice Silsby, Ruth Grader both of Lake Havasu City, Terry Senol of Mesa, Martha Bazan of Colorado Springs Uncles: Luke Moulton, James Novotny, Marc Novotny all of Lake Havasu City; Timmy (Yarley) Varley of Lehi, Utah, Jere Moulton (Cassandra) Coeur D' Alene, Idaho and Aunt Cathy Novotny of Phoenix. Hailey also leaves behind many great Aunts, Uncles and cousinsHailey is preceded in death by her grandpa Thom Senol.
