Allen Robert NorstebonAllen Robert Norstebon, 65, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on November 10, 1940 in Roseau, MN.Allen moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 3 years ago from Novato, CA. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Allen worked as a building engineer for 34 years with is last employer being the State of California in San Francisco, CA. He was a member of the V.F.W., (Honor Guard) and also a member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church. Allen is survived by his daughter Debbie Dipaula of Lake Havasu City, AZ; brothers Stanley Norstebon of Mountain Home, ID; Melvin Norstebon of Roseau, MN; Milton Norstebon of Kennsington, MN; sisters Selma Mayor of Tooele UT; and Grace Kirchof of MN.A memorial service will be held at the American Legion Post #81 on Thursday, January 12, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, NV; at a later date.Condolences and thoughts may be made to his family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
