Hazel Vivian Granere, 95, passed away January 13, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to John and Edith (Rhoads) Moist on November 28, 1910 in Marquette, NE.Hazel married her best friend, Clarence in 1929. She made Lake Havasu her home 3 years ago from Anaheim, CA where she managed Van DeKamps Bakery for 6 years. Hazel was an active member of the Anaheim First Christian Church. She loved to cook and bake, especially for big family gatherings. She also liked walking and watching sports on TV, baseball being her favorite.Hazel is survived by loving family, son, Verne Granere and his wife Kay of Lake Havasu; 2 grandsons, Robert and Christopher Granere and 1 great grandson, Jonothon Bain.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clarence Granere.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.Arrangements entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
