Elisa Baldonado Culbreth,71, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2006 at her home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Elisa was born on December 14, 1934 in Camarillo, California, the daughter of Mariano Baldonado and Sofia Amesquita. Elisa grew up in Camarillo and was employed for many years as a hospital worker at Camarillo State Hospital.Elisa married James "Jimbo" Culbreth in 1993 and the couple moved from Oxnard, California to Parker, Arizona in 1995. They settled in Lake Havasu City in 1999. Jimbo and Lisa were active member of the Eagles Aerie #4299 and the American Legion. Elisa was a member of the VFW Lady's Auxiliary and a supporter of the Western Arizona Humane Society. She adored her dogs Leroy, Patches and Trevessa.Elisa is survived by her husband, James Culbreth; mother, Sofia Amesquita of Oxnard, California; daughters, Terry Loss of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Vivian Hartless of Parker, Arizona, Rebecca Mattson of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Laurie Jean Roman of Oxnard, California; son, Lawrence Roman of Prescott, Arizona; brothers, Rudolf Baldonado of Camarillo, California, Alex Ledesma of Simi Valley, California and Daniel Ledesma of Oxnard, California; sisters, Gloria Martinez and Bertha Moraga of Oxnard, California; fourteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.Services will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 with a viewing at 12:00 pm. followed by a service at 1:00 pm. at the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.Thoughts and condolences can be sent to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were entrusted to the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
