Walter Franklin Kee, passed away on February 21, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, Az.Walt moved with his wife Carole and daughter Denene to Lake Havasu City, AZ; in 1973. He served as an M.P. in the United States Air Force and was a member of the V.F.W., Masonic Lodge and the Elks. He and his wife Carole started A & A Electronics Assembly in 1982. Walt is survived by his beloved wife Carole, his daughter Denise, brother Tom; sister Toogie; granddaughter Deena; 2 great granddaughters Kaila and Brooke and also the crew at A & A Electronics Assembly. He was preceded in death by his daughter Denene.His family and friends said, "We loved him, he was our diamond in the rough".Donations may go in his name to Hospice of Havasu, P.O.
