Evelyn A. Wagner-Burcham, 81, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2006 in Lake Havasu City AZ. She was born on August 10, 1924 in Menomonie, WI; to Alvina Mae and Oscar Frederick Frank.Evelyn met Myron James Wagner in Menomonie, WI; and married on June 7, 1947 at the St. Paul's Lutheran Parsonage. They moved to the San Francisco Bay area in 1953 with their one year old daughter, Pamela Kaye. Evelyn and Myron had two more daughters, Nancy Lavonne and Carolyn Mae before moving their family to Southern California in July 1964. There, Evelyn worked as a switch board operator for many years. She was a devoted mother and homemaker as well. Evelyn moved to Lake Havasu City to be near her daughter, Carolyn, in 2000. She was a devout Lutheran and was very dedicated to her church,Lamb of God Lutheran Church and very much enjoyed going to Bible study with her newfound friends.Evelyn has touched the lives of so many people and will be deeply missed by her loving family. Evelyn is survived by her daughters, Nancy Lavonne Bowman and husband Christopher H; Carolyn Mae Venditto and husband Virgil A; step-son Wayne Burcham and wife Kathleen; sisters Doris Dols; Elvera Carpenter and husband Warren; brother-in-law Donavan Wagner and wife Audrey; grandchildren Natalie Brooke Ramos and husband Jose; Tyson James Venditto; Melanie Rose Venditto; great grandchildren Marissa Lavonne Ramos; Eli James Ramos; many extended family members; the Crist, Venditto and Daley families of Arizona; the Maye, Swanson, and Cavender families of California and the Burcham and Gerdesmeier families. She was preceded in death by her first husband Myron James Wagner, second husband Troy Burcham and her first born daughter, Pamela Kay Maye; brother Carroll Frank and sister Mildred Gerdesmeier.Services will be held at the Lamb of God Lutheran Church, 2791 Inca Dr., Lake Havasu City, AZ; 86406; on Friday, March 3, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Evelyn and her family would like to thank all her nurses and therapists that helped and cared for her so kindly.In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Lamb of God Lutheran Church in Evelyn's name.Condolences and thoughts may be made to her family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
