Alice Mae Keeley passed away on February 24, 2006 in Lake Havasu City at the age of 87. Alice was born on August 3, 1918 in Des Moines, IA to William and Dolly (Liggett) Davis.Alice worked for the City of Los Angeles as a Personnel Clerk in the school system for 23 years. Alice moved to Lake Havasu 17 years ago to pursue her love of fishing. She also loved to dance and in her younger years, she was an accomplished softball player and is in the Women's Softball Hall of Fame in Des Moines. Alice was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was also a member of the Visually Impaired Group in Lake Havasu City.Alice is survived by her daughters, Beverly Keeley of Burbank, CA, Darlene Myers of Rancho Murrieta, CA; brother, Ronald Davis of Winterhaven, FL and sister, Jeanette Vignaroli of Des Moines, IA. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Bert Keeley and her daughter, Karen Adamson.Funeral services for Alice will be held Monday, February 27 at 12 noon at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 3 at Valhalla Memorial Park in North Hollywood, CA.Arrangements entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
