Edward David Morse, 86, passed away May 25, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Edward and Nida (Hulslander) Morse on June 15, 1919 in Yates County, NY.Edward married his best friend, Lena Mae Depew on March 27, 1946 and together they made Lake Havasu their home 21 years ago from Klamath Falls, OR. He served proudly under the direction of the United States Navy during World War II. After serving his country, he was a contractor/builder for several years and then worked for the Southern Pacific Railroad for 30 years as a yard conductor. Edward was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, American Legion and a former longtime member of Antique Powerland.Edward is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Lena Morse; sons, Marshall (Bobbi) Morse of Klamath Falls, OR, Edward Morse of Nehalem, OR and Terry Morse of Blythe, CA; daughters, Irene Parsons of Binghamton, NY and Bonnie Welch of Tucson, AZ; brothers, James Morse of Okeechobee, FL and David Morse of Livingston, TX; sisters, Millie Miller of Plant City, OR, Ruth Mitchell of Willow, AK and Virginia Van Hart of Conklin, NY; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.Memorial services will take place on Friday, June 2, 2006, 2:00 pm at Calvary Baptist Church. Pastor Chad Garrison will officiate.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund, 1605 S.
