He was born on March 15, 1952 in Bowling Green, MO.Kevin is survived by his brother Jonathan Duncan, and sisters Heather Keller (Stephen) and Suziy Duncan.A memorial service will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Phoenix, AZ; on Friday, July 28, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
