Dina Gugielma Makar, 85, passed away June 6, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Giuseppe and Corinna (Cecchi) Giust on June 16, 1920 in Livorno, Italy.Dina met John Makar 47 years ago in Italy and fell deeply in love. They said their vows to each other on October 5, 1964 and she always remained a devoted and loving wife for the past 42 years. Together, she and John made Lake Havasu their home 24 years ago from Budd Lake, NJ. She was a member of Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall. Dina liked to cook, keep house and travel.Dina will be dearly missed by her best friend and loving husband, John; daughter, Maria Meuret of Great France; sister, Pieretta Calo of Livorno, Italy; eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2006, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Lietz-Fraze Visitation Room. Funeral services will be Friday, June 9, 2006, 9:00 am at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Rev. Richard Rounds will officiate. Burial will follow the services at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Sylvette Debellamanier.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
