Norma E. Bauer, 83, a long time Kingman, resident passed away on June 9, 2006. She was born on June 27, 1922 in Duncan, OK.Norma moved to Kingman in 1963 and opened the Tradewinds Market in the Butler area. After closing her store in 1967, Norma worked at some of Kingman's best known landmarks, such as the Shooting Star, the Jade, and the House of Chan. She was also a nanny and cared for the children of many families in the Kingman area.Norma touched countless lives during her 84 short years and now the enemy, death has over reached her. Yet she is victorious, for she has run the race with endurance, in faith, and in her own integrity. Her reward will be great, where death and pain and out cry have met their end, and the meek ones themselves will reside forever in the abundance of peace; Rev. 21:3-4 & PS. 37: 10-11.Norma is survived by two daughters, Patty Jean Sim and Kathleen Kelso (Roy); one son John Taggart all of Kingman, AZ; six grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall, 4335 N.
