Obituary of Mildred MULLINS

Mildred "Ruth" Mullins, 81, passed away June 13, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to John and Sarah (Barr) Hudnall on October 29, 1924 in Gauley Bridge, WV.Ruth moved to Lake Havasu 6 years ago from Wauchula, FL where she was a member of the Baptist Church. She was the manager for Pickle Barrel in Chicago, IL. Ruth is survived by her loving family, sons, Bruce, Gary and James Mullins, all of Chicago, IL and Michael Mullins of Los Angeles, CA; daughter, Sara Gallagher of Lake Havasu; sister, Freda Jennings of West Virginia; 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Johnny Edward Mullins.Inurnment will take place Saturday, July 1, 2006 at Gamoca Cemetery, Gauley Bridge, W.V.Donations may be made in Ruth's name to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation, payable to Interagency Respite Care, 1940 Mesquite Ave., Ste. 1, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
