James Martin "Jim" Lockhart, 66, passed away June 23, 2006 in Las Vegas, NV. He was born to Calvin and Martha (Jensen) Lockhart on January 29, 1940 in Southgate, CA.Jim married his best friend, Carol Anne Brown on June 2, 1968 and together they made Lake Havasu their home 6 years ago, moving to Arizona 32 years ago from Hawthorne, CA. Jim was a Structural Iron Worker for Madison Industries in Los Angeles, CA for 15 years. He enjoyed woodworking, camping, fishing and hunting. One of Jim's biggest enjoyments was being on the river in Parker.Jim is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Carol; sons, Ricky Lockhart of Tempe, AZ and Rodney Lockhart of Lake Havasu; daughter Debbie Leitch of Indiana; sister, Judy Specht of Parker, AZ and nine grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents and son, John Lockhart.A visitation will be held Saturday, July 1, 2006 at 10:00 am, followed by the funeral services, 12:00 pm at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Pastor John Walton will officiate.Contributions may be made in Jim's name to the American Cancer Society, Arizona Division Inc., 2929 E.
