Johnnie "Jo" Elizabeth Bedford, 7l, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on January 18, 1935 in Florence, AL. Jo moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 16 years ago from San Diego, CA. She worked as a bartender for Barrett Café in Dulzura, CA; for 10 years and was the first woman to be admitted into the bartender's union in Las Vegas, NV.Jo is survived by her daughter Tanya Wages of Friendship, WI; grandson Robert W. Bedford and 2 great grandchildren. She married her husband Robert I. Bedford, Jr. in 1963, in Goldfield, NV. He preceded her in death on December 26, 1997.
