Obituary of Ronald JEWETT

Ronald "Ron" Eugene Jewett, 70, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on October 30, 1935 in Attleboro, MA; to Joseph A. and Eldora (Baril) Jewett.Ron moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 25 years ago from Glendora, CA. He owned and operated Jewett Acoustics in Lake Havasu City, AZ; for 25 years. Ron was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was a counselor for the Boy Scouts of America. He served a mission in Salt Lake City, UT; in the Family History Library. Ron loved all outdoor activities. He loved people and loved his family. They meant the world to him.Ron is survived by his loving wife Billie Bess Jewett, who were married on August 6, 1955; son Ronald Eugene Jewett Jr., and wife Kim of Highland, UT; daughters Jima Lee Mehr and husband Quentin of Tucson, AZ; Jo Lynn Kinsey and husband Robert of Glendora, CA; Jodi Ann Rask and husband Randy of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Janna Rae Pethel and husband Scott of Kingman, AZ; brother Richard Arthur Jewett and wife Juanita of Ontario, CA; 19 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother William Joseph Jewett, his sister Dorothy Agnes Mitschke, grandson Kevin Joseph Kinsey and great grandson Gavin Robert Spray.Funeral services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Monday, July 31, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens, Lake Havasu City, AZ.
