John "Rick" Patrick Smith, 46, passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 in Bullhead City, AZ. He was born on June 18, 1960 in Riverside, CA.Rick moved to Bullhead City, AZ; 4 months ago from Seward, AK. He worked in construction for 10 years in Seward, AK. Rick enjoyed fishing, hiking and being outdoors in the woods with his beloved dog Amos. He always helped those less fortunate and was a #1 good guy.Rick is survived by his parent Donald P. and Bonnie L. Vandehey of Dallas, OR; brother Kevin S. Smith or Normal, IL; niece Amber Smith and nephew Nathan Smith. He was preceded in death by his grandparents John S. and Blanche Petty and nephew Kevin S.
