Obituary of June DONATONI

June Dorothy Donatoni, 79, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 23, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born in Pasadena, CA on June 8, 1927 to William H. Green and Dorothy Green.June lived her life in San Pedro, CA, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, Durango, CO and Lake Havasu City, AZ. June lead a very active life. She was a member of Eastern Star, President of St. Peters Parochial School Parents Association, President of Miraleste High School P.T.A., Band President of Margate School in Palos Verdes Estates, CA and President of the band and drill team at Miraleste High School in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. June was also active on a crisis line in California and was a volunteer for the Lake Havasu City crisis line for 10 years. When not working on the crisis line, June enjoyed reading and being with her closest companion Annie Laurie.June is survived by her son, William H. (Jamie) Clift; cousin, Evelyn Smith and two granddaughters, Kathryn and Elizabeth Clift.She was preceded in death by her husband, James Gino Donatoni and her brother, Donald.Visitation will be held Sunday, August 27, 2006, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, with a Rosary, 7:00 pm at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. A scripture service will take place Monday, August 28, 2006, 10:00 am at Lietz-Fraze Chapel.
