Obituary of Viola NOREEN

Viola Valerie Noreen, 89, passed away August 26, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Henry and Martha (Offenloch) Schuh on February 27, 1917 in Chicago, IL.Viola married her best friend, Ernest I. Noreen on December 29, 1946 and together they made Lake Havasu their home 25 years ago from Chicago, IL. Viola was a member of the London Bridge Golf Club up until a year ago, playing golf four to five times a week. She was a member of the Tuesday morning bowling league, a member of the Lake Havasu City Lioness Club and the past treasurer for Los Lagos Homeowners Association.Viola is survived by her loving family, sons, James Noreen of Hastings, MN and Ernest Noreen of Park Ridge, IL; daughters Linda Michaels of Itasca, IL and Suzanne Schamberger of Schaumberg, IL; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Michael, Joseph, Andrea, Dan, Cheryl, Tom, Matt, Connie, Suzy, Scott and Michael; great grandchildren, Kristin, Kelly, Zachary, Kimberly, Gwendolyn, Hillary, Grace and Julia.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Ernest who passed away February 23, 2002.Services will be held at a later date in Illinois.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.comArrangements entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
