Leola Catherine Lyons, 95, passed away September 1, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on September 20, 1910 in Otto, NY.Leola moved to Lake Havasu 3 ½ years ago from Lakeland, FL where she worked as a store clerk for Burdines Department Store for over 25 years. She was a member of St. Michael's United Methodist Church.Leola is survived by her, son, Lyle A. Ross of Lake Havasu; 7 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.Leola was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Maude Phillips; daughter Lucille Creamer; brothers, Albert Phillips, Aleck Phillips, Carlyle Phillips and three sisters, Viola Oakes, Jennie Miller and Beulah Huddle.Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 9, 2006, 11:00 am at St. Michael's United Methodist Church.
