Kathleen "Kay" Weir, age 91, of Lake Havasu since 1979, formerly a long time resident of Los Angles, CA passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2006 at Havasu Regional Hospital. Kay was a member of the Elkettes and a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxillary. She enjoyed many things; cats, reading (especially the newspaper) and playing the slots.Kay is survived by her nieces, Rita Peckham of Montgomery, TX, Lila Cabrera of New Mexico, Ellen Stacy of Reno, NV, Karen Pereira of Fresno, CA and Iris Robbins of Clovis, CA; nephew, Tom Kaveney of Colorado; friends, Gene and Angie Stafford, Jo Ann Saculla, all of Lake Havasu City and many other friends.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur, whom she married on September 7, 1943.Graveside services will take place on Saturday, September 9, 2006, 10:00 am at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens. Rev.
