Judge Cecil Phifer, 74, passed away September 14, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born to Jess and Leomia (Walker) Phifer on September 11, 1932 in Poplar Creek, MS.Judge married his best friend and love of his life 50 years ago. He and Marjory moved to Lake Havasu 6 years ago, living in Arizona a total of 9 years. He was a custodian for Roger's Organs in Hillsboro, OR for 12 years.Judge is survived by his beloved wife, Marjory; son, Jess Phifer of Forest Grove, OR; daughters, Patti Westby of Beaverton, OR and Lisa Taft of Hillsboro, OR; brother, Charles Phifer of Tennessee and five grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Elsie White and Cotton Green.Judge will be deeply missed.
