Obituary of Donald FOSTER

Donald G. Foster, 72, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on December 12, 1933 in Santa Monica, CA. Ingeborg "Inge" Martha Foster passed away shortly after on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 in Phoenix, AZ. She was born on January 11, 1935 in Berlin, Germany.Don and Inge moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 10 years ago from Huntington Beach, CA. He worked as a firefighter for the City of Inglewood for 30 years and for Disneyland in Anaheim, CA; for 5 years. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army in Korea and Germany. Don was a member of the V.F.W. Post 9401, Military Order of Cooties, American Legion Post 81, Masonic Lodge #64F & AM, Eagles Aerie 4299 and B.P.O.E. Lodge #2399. Inge worked as a seamstress for a clothing store here in Lake Havasu City, AZ; for 5 years. She was a member of the V.F.W. Woman's Auxiliary and American LegionDon and Inge are survived by their sons, Jim Foster of Phoenix, AZ; Donald Foster of Chino, CA; daughter Martha Grzelark of Lake Havasu City, AZ. Don's is survived by his brother Jack Foster of Buena Park, CA; sister Evelyn Soucie of Napa, CA. Inge is survived by her brothers, Kurt Stocklein of Germany, Peter Stocklein and Bruno Stocklein of San Clemente, CA; and 6 grandchildren.A memorial service will be held for both Don and Inge at the V.F.W. Post 9401 on Sunday, December 3, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with military honors presented to Don by the V.F.W. Post 9401.Their family request that donations be made to the V.F.W.
