Today, Wednesday, December 13, 2006, God broke our hearts to take our loving Mother, Wife, Grandmother, Aunt and best friend home with him. Peggy was born on January 12, 1930 in Pomona, CA., to Clyde and Agnes KenistonPeggy grew up and attended California schools. On July 14, 1950 she married Joseph Daniel Valdez. They were later divorced but remained friends. Peggy married Jack E. Green on November 16, 1979. She worked for Southern California Edison for 31 ½ years. Peggy moved to Lake Havasu City and Parker, AZ., to retire in 1990. She loved the river and came out to the river with her brother most of her life. Peggy attended many churches and loved her family and God with all her heart. She was a member of the Eastern Star. Peggy was full of life. Peggy is survived by her loving husband Jack, son Dann M. Valdez and wife Diana, daughter Paula Jo Carter and husband Tony, step-sons, Kelly Green and Charles Green, who were like her own kids. She loved her 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren with all her heart. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, brother Bob Keniston, sister Barbara Jean Keniston and step-son Jerry Green.We would like to thank Havasu Regional Medical Center, 3rd. floor nurses Jessica, Janice, Michelle, Judy, E.R. doctors and R.N. Cathalene and Kathren, Dr. Whelan, and Linda from Cornerstone Family Health Care, Dr. Saadeh, Dr. Fredrickson and everyone who we forgot. Also we would to say thank you to her special friends, Connie McClaren, who was like a daughter, Janet and Don Bell, Art and Marge Ward, Barbara and Chuck Craig, and Ileane Dalton. I know we have missed someone, and we are very sorry.Good bye our loving wife and mom. You will always be in our hearts. You were tired and God knew he opened his hand and like an angel, you flew. When we look at a star, a twinkle in the sky, we will always remember our special goodbye. Some day we will be together again, our special mom, my wife and our best friend.
