Marie Rita Steiner, 95, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2006 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on March 16, 1911 to Frank and Elizabeth (Muth) Grix.Marie was a widow when she met Andre Steiner in Long Island, NY. They married in 1955 and moved to Riverside, CA., until they moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ., in 1982Marie is survived by her daughter Joyce Burns Weddel of Drain, OR., grandchildren, John Burns and Bernice Rostad, great grandchildren, Alissa and Kate Burns and Jessica and Ryan Rostad and her good long friend, Jeanette Jakubowski. She was preceded in death by her husband Andre Steiner in 1995 and her daughter Dorothy Laxton. Marie was loved by all who knew her and requested no services be held. She asked only for prayers.
