Raymona Doris Smith, 91, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, beloved grandmother wife, mother, aunt, died on January 19, 2007. Raymona passed away peacefully at her home in Lake Havasu City of natural causes and was surrounded by family. Raymona was born on December 31, 1915 in Ballard, Washington to Ray and Alvena Donoghue. Raymona grew up in Seattle, WA., and attended Queen Ann High School. She had a distinguished and enjoyable career in the entertainment business, tap dancing and singing her way across many western states during the 1930's. Raymona met her beloved husband Stanley Smith in Bend, Oregon in 1939 and were married in 1940. In 1953 they moved to Las Vegas, NV., where Raymona worked for the Federal Government as Deputy Clerk of the Court and later for the U.S. Marshall Service until her retirement. Raymona cherished many long lasting friendships throughout her career with the Federal Government. During her retirement Raymona enjoyed spending time tap dancing and singing with the children of ¬Love All People. Stanley and Raymona moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ., in 1988 to live out their remaining years.Raymona is survived by her daughter-in-law, Geraldine Smith of Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Stanley of 61 years, her son Stanley W Smith Jr., mother, Alvena Donoghue and father, Ray Donoghue. The family would like to give special thanks to Geraldine Smith for the extraordinary care given to Raymona.Funeral services will be held at All Veterans Burial & Cremation, Inc., Ft.
